We made an appointment and ended up leaving our car there for 2 days. Simple service: add an upgraded part to our car, oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor told us that they had mechanics returning due to Covid19. We get that and understand that, however, the schedule should take into account the amount of mechanics you have available to do the work. This is not the first time we have had an issue with an appointment. We had an oil change scheduled (we had an appointment), we also told them we would be waiting there for the oil change. We waited 3 hours for the oil change, and was told that appointments don't really hold the spot for you!! We do have a certified Subaru mechanic very close to home, that we will now go to exclusively. Also, with this last visit, we had a invoice for the added part at an honored price. Service stated they had it and would apply it. I verified when I called again on the second day they had my car and they confirmed they had the invoice for the upgraded part, plus they gave me $20 off of the other services. When we got there to pick up our car, the price for the new part and the $20 off was not applied. Mike Shaw, I would strongly suggest that you work on this with your service scheduling etc. Your Better than this!!
