We have used Vacations to Go twice now and have had excellent service both times. We booked a cruise to Alaska in 2011, and the arrangements were flawless. Most recently, we went to Hawaii (February 2015) and took the Norwegian inter-island cruise (Honolulu port). The prices were unbeatable - I did a lot of online research in attempt to get the best rate! Unfortunately, Norwegian canceled our originally booked dates - Lino Rances, our Vacations to Go agent, was extremely helpful, thorough, and made sure I was fully aware of all my choices while deciding when and how to re-book the cruise. He followed up to make sure I was satisfied, then called once more to make sure I had no more questions and received all the follow-up documentation I needed. I was impressed by the way he sympathized with my situation, since changing my vacation dates was admittedly stressful (as I had already made all the arrangements and requested time off). I highly recommend Vacations to Go to book cruises.
