Once I bought my first iPhone Apple was the number 1 in term of customer care, but today, 10 years later, after the experienced I had last week at this Apple Store I can say the average level of knowledge and the customer care is touching the ground.
I had to replaced a non functioning iPhone XS and it took 1h 20min to do it. But the best is yet to come because considering all my datas were in the broken phone they tried to restore the back up I smartly did 1 day earlier, but they could not be able.
The Apple guy I dialed with did not even know the procedure to replace a device so the keep asking here and there making my experience awful.

Apple Customer Care turned out to be ridiculous.
