You can turn all paperwork in on time. You can provide what they ask for. You can send them everything and They are always confused. They will tell you one thing then another. They told me my medical was expired and it wasn't. Iv just never had a good experience with anyone from there. I know they have a lot to deal with and burn out is real. But if you're at a job you gotta do it just like the rest of us. They hate when you ask questions as well. They don't like informed people who understand how its supposed to work
