The new spa is nice, but the new prices are ridicu...

The new spa is nice, but the new prices are ridiculous. It just is not worth it when you can receive equal or better services for so much less. They have just gotten carried away in thier pricing and then have the nerve to charge 20% gratuity on top of high prices. A gratuity should be at the discression of the guest for good service, not manditory.
It really is too bad. It used to be my favorite.
