My experience was great. From start to finish they were pretty responsive (thanks Jared n Ryan!) and kept me up-to-date on the process. Appraisal done through outside source, still it was faster. Got my loan money in 2-3 weeks. I didn't have a great score and DTI either, but was able to get the loan for a little higher rate, which otherwise I wouldn't have gotten through my banks. Would recommend them definitely.
