Disappointed with the service compared to other Ritz properties I stay at. The staff are slow to respond to requests and the room staff are noisy in the hallways. I got stuck behind a guy pushing a cart in the hallway. He wouldn't make room for me to pass by. Frustrating to walk behind a slow moving person for two minutes in a hallway when you're in hurry.
