There was confusion with my appointment. When I got there. I ask about how long it would take. Jacob was taking care of me. He let me know that my time restraint would be cutting it close. Bottom line. Jacob said he would try to get it done. Very sincere and genuine. Midway through all of this I called about something I had totally forgot about. Talked to someone and just thought to reschedule. Well,Jacob calls and my car is ready way ahead of schedule and I mention the rescheduling thing. Jacob got that done as well and with time to spare. Jacob!!! Go job bro...
