Took our darling grandson (turns 12 next month) to purchase his first phone at Sams. Spent a good amount of time deciding on a phone, only for the OSL cashier to then say they didn't have it in-stock AFTER having just claimed to check. So once she told us what was for sure available, she then comes back to say that our 2nd choice (selected from her list of what they had) they did not have it after all. 3rd time isn't a charm for them, we left and purchased the phone at Costco instead.
