Sotherby's realtor, Eric Millstein, came highly recommended. When we first spoke with Eric, he asked all the right questions to determine exactly what we were desiring in a house. Once he had this knowledge, he sent us a list of all the properties which met our needs.

Within a week, we met with Eric and he patiently took us to each of the properties. Upon finding the house we felt was perfect for us, Eric assisted us in making an appropriate offer and helped us considerably through the process. We just concluded our transaction yesterday and could not be happier.

We would definitely say that Eric thoroughly knows his territory and is one of the best realtors we have ever used. FIVE STARS for Eric!!
