It's a black woman that works on the inside of the building that's terrible. Acted so like a "hood rat" and didn't want to help, do her job or act professional. I was waiting to be seen after a phone call received and you could hear her loudly and ghetto through the glass slide window in the main entrance talking to her co-workers about how I wouldn't leave. Then she kept coming back to the window with lie after lie. With the fake smile looking dumb not knowing she could be heard. I'd recommended not requesting service from these guys or even employment. Very unprofessional and it seems they hire just about anybody that can pass a drug test which isn't hard... I actually felt like the lady was under the influence because of how loud, uneducated and ghetto she was being at her own workplace. Prime example of why black businesses get bad names or why businesses overall doesn't want to hire black people. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau this company needs to be shut down.
