If no stars was an option, I would give them that. This company let me know 3 days before the concert that they did not have tickets. Now I am left stranded without tickets and money to this concert. This was for my mother's Christmas present and now she is without one. They have tickets available on their website but are unwilling to give us any. One big scam for sure. Do not trust them. I will be advising everyone I know to stay away
