My father was in the ER. I'm 3 1/2 hours away so the ER doctor, David Alherd taking time to discuss treatment option was much appreciated. He patiently answered my questions so we could make the right choices about Dad's plan of care.. When Dad was admitted to the 6th floor the excellent care continued. Kathy used her nursing "super powers" to meet my father's needs and answer my questions in timely fashion when I arrived. Job well done! Thank you
