A friendly email made me feel good before arrival, and upon arrival, I couldn't help but be happy to say that the room was upgraded. When I got to the room, there were some hair here and there, and it was cleaned quickly so it wasn't a big problem.

There may be problems in any hotel, but how you solve it is important!

Very friendly staff!! I was totally impressed!!

The facilities were a bit disappointing than expected and the breakfast wasn't very good either.

The staff's coping and speaking skills were great enough to feel that it was a W hotel.
