After watching this famous hotel knocked down and rebuilt I was very sceptical and have even avoided booking as we know the place so well....................But wow very impressive.
We visited in December 2018.
From the moment we arrived Rachel on reception made us feel very welcome and couldnt do enough for us.
One of the best rooms in the Hotel, great food and lovely atmosphere from staff to service it was fabulous.
The trouble is now, we'll have to go back.
Thank you for a gorgeous stay.
