Cornelius came to my home on 10/30/14. At first glance, he was very polite. He ask if there were any problems and I said no, Cornelius checked everything inside my home. He went to look at my furnace and took some readings. He told me that my numbers were on the high side of optimal. He also heard and saw some things wrong with one of the motors. That's when we discussed having a project manager come out and quoter a new unit. Cornelius was one of the most professional techs to come to my home in a long time. He explained everything, so you could understand what he was saying. I would recommend him to other family and friends.
