I had booked thru Expedia, I got to the hotel and ...

I had booked thru Expedia, I got to the hotel and asked for a room with a nice view... I got a very small room as a reward. During check-in I was not offered the $15 for self parking that was mentioned with my booking. I requested a crib for the baby, they didn't have any. The location of the hotel is convenient, everything is close by. The hotel is old, very old, it's not what it's shown on the website pictures.
