The hotel itself is very well furnished and has great amenities, trendy bars and convenient location. Unfortunately the rate is only 3/5 as my room(809) wasn't cleaned during the day two days in the row. I had to call front desk each time to make the room cleaned. I certainly didn't expect such a poor house keeping service in 5 star hotel. While checking out some of my bar expenses were covered by the house but I'm not sure I will stay here again .
