I just wanted to let you know that you are doing a fantastic job! We are seeing a positive change in the neighborhood and it is a welcomed relief. I am sure you have resistance from so many but I just wanted to give you positive feedback that is well deserved. You are doing a great job and don t be discouraged. Just keep up the good work and keep persevering. Little by little improvements are reluctantly being made and is making a big difference in the look and value of our neighborhood and homes. It's hard for people to make changes and be told that things need to be fixed, updated, painted, cleaned, stored, etc., especially when enforcement have not been made in 10 years. I am thankful for you and your company and the work you are doing to make our neighborhoods look better and for your professionalism in your responses.
