I couldn't have been more pleased working with you during the sale of our home in the midst of the Covid epidemic. It is stressful enough to show a home, but to do so while the pandemic was in full swing took someone with you grace and knowledge. I use those terms purposely because you had to balance the artistic/creative side that my wife's perspective brings to the table as well as my data-centric point of view. You balanced both beautifully and answered all our diverse questions. You kept us and visiting families safe and were clear about visiting expectations. You communicated like a pro, usually responding in the same day. You really made us feel that we were your only client even though you were balancing others. As a member of the state realtor's board (not exactly the right term, but I'm not sure what to call it), you provided clarity on a variety of ever changing policies. It simply felt like every step of the process was being expertly handled by you....I'm pretty hard with expectations and you beat every one! Thank you!
