THIS LOCAL BBB IS A JOKE. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS BUT WHEN THEY DO LOOKOUT FOR THE RUDE . ARGUMENTATIVE ATTITUDES AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HANGS UP. TREATS BUSINESSES WAY BETTER. THIS BBB WENT SO FAR AS TO GET MY OWN BUSINESS UNACCREDITED DUE TO AN EMAIL EXCHANGE ! THE UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON IS SUSAN SCHADE I HAVE THE EMAIL EXCHANGES TO PROVE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE. All the reviews posted are very accurate and portray them in the correct light. THIS BBB IS OVER EXTENDING ITS BOUNDS AND TRYING TO CONTACT OTHER BBB'S ABOUT MY OWN BUSINESS! UNBELIEVABLE ! " Complaint processing is subjective at times. I do believe that you have a valid point in stating that this was a circumstance that should be processed as a complaint. We do leave the door open for the consumer to present why they feel a complaint should be processed if the BBB chooses not to. We like any good organization, are always open to review our decision."

FIRST EMAIL FROM HOUSTON BBB:
I have reviewed the complaint and because your dispute is against an Accredited Business and you have expressed a deep unhappiness, we will process the complaint. However, please be aware that per our policies and guidelines, the business is only required to address your issues. This is a dispute between two parties and if they provide a reason, per their company s policy, why they cannot provide the settlement you are requesting, the BBB considers the complaint resolved. You should receive a response from the company within days.

UPDATE THIS IS HOW THEY CLOSED MY COMPLAINT . THESE LIARS!! : FIRST THEY SAY MY COMPLAINT IS CLOSED DUE TO MY DISRESPECT FOR THEIR LOCAL ORGANIZATION AND THEN THEY FILE IT OFFICIAL CLOSED AS "NOT A marketplace issue" when it is about a restaurant establishment! ? unreal . Another BBB that needs restaffed.
