I want to share how my rating have gone from just 1 star to 5 stars.

A few months ago, out of frustration due to some unexpected delays and misunderstanding on the plan, I posted a long review detailing what the issue was, and gave them the lowest rating I could give. We finally got the house last month and the whole team - from the sales team in Allard, to the site superintendents and the warranty technician - managed to turn things around and turn the whole experience into a positive one. They built our dream home, exceeding all our expectations, and they continue to provide excellent customer service even after possession, reaching out to us and still continuing to build a great relationship. I wanna give a huge shoutout to Jerry, our sales agent, who probably had the worst headache dealing with us and the issues that had surfaced before, yet whenever we talked to him, even amidst the frustration, we've always felt his urgency to make things right for us. Shoutout to Natalie, Yang, Jonathan, and Darren too for always doing their best to provide excellent service too. I appreciate how whenever we call, there's always a friendly voice on the other line. Every other issues and requests we had after our move-in were handled quickly and satisfactorily too - the paint touch ups, toilet replacement, repairs on a cabinet - all of these we're done with no questions asked. Their main goal was to make us happy. So, for future buyers, rest assured that Sterling Homes and their team will do what they can to make things right and turn the whole experience into a positive one for you. Thank you, guys! We appreciate you.
