He has made me fraudulent charges on my card, I have made more than 20 calls to the customer service number, useless operators, unprofessional and very poorly educated. Well after 20 calls I tried to send the documentation along with the complaint has three email addresses and two fax numbers about 10 times each, all emails returned except one and the non-existent fax numbers. I have called again and they have told me that I pay a monthly fee, if I have to pay the 1850 that has been stolen from me, I will not notice it !!!!! so much more !!!! if they charge me and not the insurance I pay each month on the card to avoid these frauds.
