We were comparing different companies as we recently moved to a new house. I called customer service to ask them to send me their fees by email and the agent told me that they where not allowed to put the pricing in writing. That cost them a Client. If they are not able to be transparent about pricing for a potencial client I can't imagine what kind of service they provide. If you have options I suggest you don't even pay them a call.
