Had triple 6 in to cap a gas line, install waterline to fridge and install dishwasher. First - they want your credit card info before they have complete any work ??? Second the contractor didn't have what he needed so had to run to the store for parts which he subsequently charged me for (no issue there) but also wanted to charge for the hour it took him to run to the store? Really? Fast forward 6-7 months and we have a burning smell coming from our dishwasher - when the repairman came and pulled it out he found that not only was the wiring run incorrectly (the dishwasher was pushed on top of the wiring) the actual install was poorly done which is what led to the smouldering. Needless to say I called triple 6 and the response I got was not very good- "not our responsibilities because we are not electricians", that didn't stop them from accepting the job and charging me for the install but at the first sign of a problem they suddenly are not responsible. Very disappointed in the response. We have fixed the problem and fortunately we did not have a house fire but what I want everyone to know Is that triple 6 (and likely many others) are not qualified to perform electrical installations - make sure you have a qualified electrician doing the work!!!
