I've been a customer with Internode for 3 years. I've had them while on ADSL and now FTTP NBN. I've never had any technical issues with Internode so I can't speak for technical faults. But I enjoy how easy setting up the service is the first time.
When I first joined and had ADSL connection I was given a connection time line and it was actually done quicker which was unexpected I had a really bad time previously with Telstra.
When you move you can pay or you can resign you contract, I opted to resign as I had no issues with Internode.
Calling the call centre is no issues. Although the initial robot dude voice annoys me for some reason. The call centre staff are friendly, I can understand them speaking (there's no echo, or feedback in the headsets they use) I've had some really random yarns with them actually.
