From the moment we met Gerti we felt that we had made a friend. He wasn't overbearing as many sales people can be but was a great listener and provided us with all the answers and information we needed to make our decision. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. There were 4 of us asking questions and he handled the group very well. If all sales persons could take a lesson from Gerti, it would make the car buying process so much better for the buyer.
