This location is sub-standard for Hyatt Place. It is a good location close to freeways, gas, retail (Target), and lots of smaller shops. The crowding and loud partying was very disappointing especially when we visited during July 2020 with COVID affecting Memphis. Breakfast was very weak compared to a different Hyatt we stayed at on our road trip. Avoid until they handle these horrible negatives.
