I was at this dealership just to get some info abo...

I was at this dealership just to get some info about Toyota prius prime.
Their sales person offered to help. While he was showing me some cares, I explain my situation and he toled me that he can help me and convinced me to fill credit app.
So he did than my credit, but did not have a disency and professionalism to set down and explain the situation.
He just came out side and hand me my ID, and said sorry we can't help you.
I will not go back or will recommended any one of my friend to shop from this dealership.
