My daughter is flying out from this airport with United to Colorado..she has never been in an airport or on a plan. She just turned 18 years old June 1st. So no one was allowed to walk her back..I'm on the phone with her and she's confused. I told her to walk up to her flight gate boothe and ask them to speak to me so that I could explain... The guy refused. Now she's standing there not knowing what to do or how to do it. This is a business. We are paying customers. How rude can you be? Has this company forgotten that is it the customers that sign your pay checks? Disappointed! Not everyone flights and her first experience should not have been a scary one. Next time Ill fly Frontier. Cheaper and friendly. Thanks United staff for scarring my daughter into never wanting to fly again. I just paid nearly $600 bucks for crappy service. Wow
