I can't even wait a week to rave about my experience at Richard's Honda! I just purchased my first vehicle, and the team exceeded my expectations. I was a little hesitant going in without a male voice to help me negotiate the sale, but I did not feel like they were trying to scam me. My two salesmen, Brian Stansberry and Brian Hopkins, answered any questions I had, and the used car sales manager Kevin Brown even got in on the negotiation action. The finance manager, Curtis Hopkins, explained everything to me in laymen's terms so I could fully understand the transaction.

I had a great time doing business with everyone at every aspect of the sale--from sales to finance. The best way I can describe my experience is friendly, honest, and a lot of fun! They made a task I thought was going to be tedious and stressful easy and about what I needed/wanted! I've definitely already shared my story and referred them to a few people, and if I had to do it all over again, I would still choose Richard's. Great customer service within a friendly environment.
