Today I had a home visit from Simon for our two indoor cats. Takes the time, explains well, consults on possible next steps. Feedback from blood tests and possible steps on the same day.
Also a very pleasant contact with Tosca when making an appointment and for additional questions. Compliments!

Continued 1: our cats both had dental problems and both had to undergo surgery. This too is very well done with great care for our critters.

Follow-up 2: After surgery, Simon had previously been on post-ok home visit check. This is because we indicated that recovery seemed to be difficult. It turned out that our cats had pulled the stitches loose. Good, adequate treatment started. Also called several times asking how the cats were doing.

Continued 3: because we went shortly afterwards with planned vacation, we discussed that the babysitter could call in case of doubt or questions. They had this and after a phone call, Simon visited us again during our vacation. Everything turned out to be fine and Simon also called us with feedback. So nice!

In short: we only have good words for Simon and his team! What wonderful people are they! In addition, very caring for animals and owners.

Thank you so much, we hope to be ready now. But we will certainly come back for periodic checks and seeing in the event of an emergency. Until next time!
