Called for a quote to replace air and furnace. The sales person who came to my house took a very quick look at my units and determined I needed to replace both. When we sat down to discuss financials he asked me a couple of questions I thought were odd. Have you ever replaced your units or dealt with this issue before? ... Is there anyone else that will help you make this decision?

I was quoted a fee that was laughable!!!
I am single and I guess he thought he could bamboozle me!
Had both replaced for a quarter of the estimate he quoted me and with the best service and respect I could have asked for!! Very happy with the company I went with! He was so very rude and when i asked him to leave he wanted to negotiate. NEVER EVER will I recommend your company!!!!
