Prior customer service experiences with host, host...

Prior customer service experiences with host, hostesses, and waitstaff was exceptional. Latest experience was extremely disappointing. I'm sure all restaurants are overwhelmed with opening back up after being closed due to the pandemic but hospitality standards should not go to the wayside. If you're not prepared to answer guest questions or are simply tired of the questions being asked then don't open your facility up to patrons until you are ready. Maybe it was just one bad apple...still disappointed nonetheless. Maybe we will return in Autumn.
