Very poor bus service overall. On Feb 18, 2017, we were scheduled to leave from Edison, NJ to Atlantic City at 12:50pm, but the driver Ashley arrived at 1:20 pm, with a large group (including some children) already on the bus. Some couples from Edison had to sit alone due to the lack of seats. Also, there was no bathroom and the air conditioner was not working correctly. This caused people to become angry, complaining to the driver. The driver pulled over at the Cheesequake stop off the Parkway so people could use the bathroom. We finally arrived at the Caesar's Casino, one hour late! Coming home was also an adventure. The bus driver instructed all of us to be ready to leave at 9:30 pm. Before we left, there were a few new passengers that walked on the bus. The driver then collected $25 each from 4 or 5 of them for the fair, NO RECEIPT'S given, and the passengers complained to the driver on not receiving a receipt. Now, we finally leave to pick up passengers from Harrah's Casino. We get there and pick a few people up. We all thought at the time we were now on our way home, but no, he drove back to Caesar's to pick up more passengers. Probably the ones that missed the bus at the scheduled time. Going home, the Air conditioner was working a bit better and we had to stop at Cheesequake again, before going back to Edison. We finally arrived around 12:15 am. Never again, shall we ride this bus!
