I have always ranked the car buying experience on the same par as going to the dentist and car salesmen as dracula! But this was totally different! Tony was fantastic! He was patient and knowledgeable and listened to my needs and desires and made me laugh . He found the PERFECT car for me although I can be pretty difficult. Tony stayed at the dealership until after midnight making sure that everything was perfect and I knew how to operate the features of the car. He made the experience a totally positive one! He is so wonderful and so concerned with his customers that he actually came to my house and delivered my new plates and went over the operation features of my car with me again! Not only did I get the car of my dreams but I gained a new valued friend. James in finance must be mentioned too! He is so nice and accommodating - love him too!
I do believe that I will drive an Audi A3 for the rest of my life and will buy them from Tony!
