OTF is addicting! I've been going for 3 months now...

OTF is addicting! I've been going for 3 months now and I love it. There's a new workout plan and focus (strength, power, or endurance) each day. The time goes by so quickly because of the rotations and constant motivation/feedback from the coaches. I prefer workout classes over doing my own thing, but this takes it to a new level. I really feel like my 60 minutes is used so efficiently. Also, you're competing against yourself which is ideal in a class setting. The focus is your personal heart rate, so there's no need to get caught up in how fast someone else is running, etc. Highly recommend!
