Although we called for emergency service, because of the quick efficiency of service rep, Jason, we were able to get service during regular hours and were not charged for an emergency visit. Jason was polite, knowledgeable and willing to explain the problem. Took care of everything in no time flat and was very thorough about making sure our AC was running smoothly before he left. A big thank you to Jason and to Linda, the dispatcher who was able to send him our way early!
