Blue Cake made our wedding cake for our Jan 18 2020 wedding. At the time, it was amazing! It looked good, it tasted good, everyone was so happy with it! Yesterday, my husband and I got the top tier out of the freezer, expecting disappointment because everyone warned us "it's not really that good after a year in the freezer!" They were wrong. It was AMAZING. I was shocked. 10/10 would recommend Blue Cake, a bakery that can make a cake so good it survives (and exceeds expectations!) the "eat the top tier a year later" tradition.
