This review is in relation to the B&D Group. Everything was fine up until payment. The technician put me onto accounts and my credit card details were taken, I was notified of the Surcharge etc and was advised that the payment was completed. Seven days later I get a call from the same person (Danielle) who advised me that she was trying to process the payment but couldn t due to insufficient funds. Turns out she only wrote down my details seven days prior and hadn t yet processed the payment. I did not give her my consent to record my details. Nor did I give her my consent to store my details. I told her I needed to check my statement and I would call her back to arrange payment. Low and behold she just went ahead and processed the payment (again without my consent). I have called the ACCC who will be investigating this matter as this was a breach of my privacy!
