Can't complain about the product, the internet works fine.
I complain about their assistance and their way of communicating with the customer. Confused and unclear, I sent emails twice with more than one question and they only answered the first one, revealing the haste with which they read the emails without even getting to the end ...
Too bad because the product is good, but their customer focus is WORST
