I just returned home yesterday from Now Larimar. This was our second stay at a Now resort & it was just as amazing as the first. I cannot say enough good thing about the staff. We did have one minor issue but it was fixed as soon as they could manage. We had booked a double room and were initially put in a king room. Having no double rooms available that first night they brought in an extra bed for the night & moved us to a double the following day. The bellman, Jose, who took us to our first room, helped us move to the second room, and helped us when we checked out, was great!!

The food was great & the buffet had something to satisfy everyone in our group. A member of the buffet staff, Modesto, went far out of his way to get something for my son that they didn't have at the dinner buffet. My son was I'll with a virus that he brought with him & had not had much to drink in a couple days so the chocolate milk that Modesto found for him was a very big deal to me. Again, thank you, Modesto!! Also, Deseree helped us get a reservation at thr Italian restaurant which we really appreciated. The ladies in the Cafe we also great.

The entertainment team was phenomenal. The shows were beyond great. The entertainment staff did everything they could to engage my son who did not make it easy for them. They do whatever they can to make everyone feel included but they aren't pushy if you choose not to participate.

The room was nice, comfortable & was kept clean. The housekeeping staff even put my son's stuffed animal in cute positions every evening which my son loved.

The pools were nice but the towel card thing is a bit of a pain. Having to trek clear to the towel booth & back daily as well as making sure all the towels were back by the time they left for the day was inconvenient. The bar tenders at the pool bar were amusing & friendly as well as the wait staff at the pool & the beach.

Now, the negative part. I did not like being swarmed by the vacation sales people the second we walked in the resort. They were very pushy & became downright rude when I said I wasn't interested. The guy who approached us also tried to bribe my son to convince me to go to his sales pitch breakfast & when that didn't work he then tried to guilt my whole group. This experience formed my initial impression of the resort & initially made me regret having booked my trip there. Dispite the overall great experience provided vy the Now staff, the Unlimited Vacation guys will make me think twice about booking in the future.
