If you are considering this as your title company don't. If the other party is making the selection prepare for your closing to get pushed 2-4 weeks. Also warn your mortgage company about the oncoming frustration of no one ever calling you back ordering the necessary documents or pretty much anything remotely professional. Oh and if you get John "Jack" Runyon, run as far as you can, as fast as you can! He will never call you, your realtor, your mortgage company, the seller's realtor, the seller or anyone for that matter back. He will not email either. That is until he needs something. Then he will allude to his own f*** up (i.e not ordeing necessary documents in time) and tell you you won't be able to close onyour scheduled date (within 24 hours of that date mind you) Then when you all ask well then what date will we be able to? He disappears AGAIN.
