Location is right in the middle of the town. Near restaurants and where the island hopping tours start so it's easy to go around without adding expenses on tricycle fares. Also a walking distance from the Municipal Hall where the ATMs are located.

Service was superb. Their staff were really helpful. Their front desk was open 24 hours. They accommodated us even if we arrived past midnight. We can also ask for cold and hot drinking water for free.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds are also clean and comfortable.

Bathroom had good space and clean. Quality of water was good and had a good pressure. Toilets had bidet on the side.

WiFi Internet was accessible in the room but only gets fast in the early morning. Internet is important to us since we work online. We brought our own internet via Globe and mobile internet was fast enough for us to work. Cellular signal was accessible in our room.

They have a generator which was really helpful with frequent power outages in El Nido.

Breakfast was really tasty and generous. Our first breakfast was buffet while the second breakfast was plated. Plated breakfast was still generous.

Overall it was the best hotel experience I had in El Nido.
