They force you to buy things you don't need I.E extended warranty then when I have an issue with the vehicle although I have an 1 o'clock appointment it takes hours to get my car taken care of #nothappy when I arrived and went to see my "service" rep I didn't hey acknowledged for about 10-15 minutes.
