We went today - pretty much the same experience as Lew's. These people need more staff and they need SIGNS!!! We were lucky and did get our lift tickets first - but then were directed to the building for ski rentals - only to stand there for at least 15 minutes to luckily over hear someone say that we had to go around the building to get the boots first. Hiring a logistics consultant would do wonders for this place! (and yes - WAY over capacity today as well)
