The customer service is awful. I called at 8 am no one returned my call until 5:30 pm. The room was dirty. Parts from the coffee pot are missing so it leaked everywhere. Door lock was broken. We ordered food from the hotel and they served us stale pizza. Needs renovation and new management. The 2 stars are for the small view of the lake and strolling grounds.
