Staff did not let us check in because they said the person we were sharing the room with checked in earlier. We waited and waited until sorted out. It was embarrassing since staff insisted that someone already checked in. They didn't check, they just said the other person checked in.

After a while, they gave in and checked their system, saw that no one checked in and gave us the key.
