Overall good, and staff were friendly and helpful. However there was no hot water in my room on arrival (it was barely above cold) and it was not much better the following morning. The engineer sent to investigate said the water was "hot", but in my view it was barely luke-warm.

Also, the bath didn't drain (the engineer fixed this). Finally the clothes-line socket attachment above the bath was installed up-side down so the line was unusable. The room-number was 1617.
