For a 5 star hotel it is very embarrassing. The food is mostly cold and you have the feeling that five year old children are preparing it in a toy kitchen. The only edible are the noodles followed by the soggy rice. That can be seen in all holidaymakers, nobody laughs - everyone looks grim. The Egyptians are wondering where the tourists are - I think they can still do that in 10 years, if something doesn't change quickly.

The flood of plastic is very bad. According to statements from hotel employees that we were in Africa, I vomited. Renowned hotel chains should prevent this and be in charge of the well-being of the people and the local flora and fauna.

Positive: The beach and the restaurant.
The service is great - thank you savior of the holiday.

The entire system is set up nicely, but here too there are many signs of wear and tear that should urgently be fixed.
